七夕飾りの準備中✨
I want everyone to be proud of being Japanese, and I want you all to know about Japanese traditional events to tell foreigners.
生徒さんたちには、日本人であるということに誇りを持ってほしいし、日本の伝統的な行事について海外の方に話せるように色々知ってほしいと思っています。
I made wheel ornaments and wrote my wishes on a piece of paper called “Tanzaku.”
まずは今日、輪飾りを作って短冊にお願いを書いてみました。
The color of the paper also has a meaning.
短冊の紙の色にも意味があるそうです。
For example,
Wishes such as “Thank you for everything” and “Be well” thank your parents and ancestors are written on red tanzaku paper strips.
例えば
赤の短冊には両親や先祖への”感謝”「いつもありがとう」や「元気でいてね」などの願い事
Wishes for “Academic” pursuits, such as “May I study well” or “May my tests and examinations go well,” are written on purple tanzaku strips.
紫の短冊には、勉強や学業に関するお願いを書きます。
私はちょっと欲張って今回は自分のとみんなのと二つ…😊
